Shipping
Turnaround - Orders will be collected and put into production every Thursday at 1:00pm. Allow approximately 7-10 working days from each order cut-off for final delivery.
Shipping Rates - The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown the cost of shipping prior to finalizing your order.
Returns
Given the custom nature of the products we sell, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns in exception to damaged or defective product.
You may return damaged or defective product within 7 days of delivery for store credit equal to the sale of the product in question. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
